Hey everyone! In today’s video, I show you how to make some healthy mason jar meals that are quick and easy for the back to school season! These are great for those days when you are running late because you can make these meals the night before!! If you are not in school, these meals are also perfect for work!
Smoothie Recipe:
– 1/4 cup of plain or vanilla greek yogurt
– A handful of spinach leaves
– 1 granny smith apple cut and diced
– 4 slices of lime with the skin
– flax seeds & almonds
– 1 cup of ice
