Most people think that cereal is part of a complete and balanced diet. Unfortunately, oh no it is not. Cereal is one of the worst foods that years of marketing and promotion has us believing it is a healthy breakfast alternative. Nothing could be further from the truth.
We need to change the culture of eating low vibrational food. People at this very moment are feeding their children all sorts of terrible foods that will cause diseases and ailments without realizing it. It’s high time for people to become better educated consumers and realize that cereal isn’t all that it’s promoted to be at all. Most cereals are not healthy or suitable as breakfast. When it comes to one of our favorite breakfast foods, it’s time to wake up.
